last year my brassicas were under attack but I couldn't just kill the caterpillars so I collected them in a pot and fed them leaves and they pupated
the plan was to find a distant patch of nettles and leave them there but I forgot! so they started to hatch
so this year I will just have to not plant any brassicas or net them so the butterflies cant get at them
in the meantime they will just have to get their selves flight worthy
and go find someone elses cabbages
or make do with grass!
