the wall snakes up and down hill
and this section goes past Cawfields Quarry, the event is Macmillan Cancer Mighty Hike
25 miles along the wall, and this was the lunch stop half way along the route
the views were amazing from the wee bit I managed to clamber up to
the walkers looking like ants as they came over the brow of the far hill, they took on average 10 mins from that hill top to where i was sat as it dips way down and then back up and along the top of the winsill before they dropped down to the quarry stop.
