we stopped at Birdoswald fort to wait for my husband to pass through the 20 mile mark
the site was closed for the day so i had to shoot from afar the wee bit i could see
and we ended up at Lanercost Priory
Aplace I nery much want to return to and explore when its open to the public and not crowded out with all the fantastic fundraisers and support staff at 6.30pm onwards
