the beautiful setting of the Strathspey Railway
I paid for a platform ticket as my unplammed visit was at just the right time
as the steam engine chugged in to the station
but it didn't stop at the platform!
it went straight out and stopped beyond the points
where they unhitched the engine and changed the points
and it came back towards the station
and hooked up to the other end of the carriages
and brought them back into the station
