AWOL again!

Sorry for the lack of posts have been out and a bout a lot recently and not with my camera very often, have had mum for a holiday and took her home, I finally got a shot of the aurora down in Jedburgh, the plan had been to get up a hill out of town but circumstances meant this wasn't possible so I thought with a major alert I would do a test shot from her garden in the valley just behind the main A68 cross border road I'm so pleased I did, so here's a wee timelapse of my shots.

the light show projected onto the tower base was great

and a final shot as I headed home to the hotel

the pleaseure beach has most of the big park rides 

but there is a big wheel and a few other smaller rides on the central pier

loved the reflections in a wee pool on the beach

and where the sea was slowly coming in  along the pierside

the lights are many and varied

and run for miles

along past all three piers

even the pleasure beach is all lit up

Autumn is definitely here regardless of the up and down temperature variations 

the conkers have formed and started dropping from the trees

as have the leaves.

took a wee friend a walk went much further than planned 

ended up at the pond with only the phone camera 

which just hasn't done the colours and reflections justice I will have to go back with the big camera
